Found my perfect car at ash auto. The owner was very helpful and made the whole process stress free. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. I don't live local to the dealership, so he arranged delivery of the vehicle promptly for me. Although all was done over the phone, I received very good customer service. The car was exactly as described. Very happy and would happily deal with them again.

I have been searching for a new car for the past 3 months now, every car I went to go and see I was not happy with any of the dealers, I honestly felt to give up but then my partner told me about the car place down in bedfont high street so we went down there to go have a look and found a car straight away, the man who sold us the car was a top man who sold us our Nissan Qashqai we was happy with the service and he made sure everything was done for me before handing the keys over, definitely a place to trust and not to rip you off, just want to thank him for doing what he did for us.

The car description and specification was described in full and very precise detail. The seller returned our call enquiry promptly and courteously. Advised us to make an appointment to view and test drive the vehicle in line with current covid situation. On arrival the car was ready to view and drive. All the paper work, log book, previous history, vehicle check report summary etc. was laid out to view. Prior to the road test he went through and demonstrated all the technical features of the car. I drove the car on a short test drive but he offered for me to take it further if I needed to. I was very happy with the car. The sale was completed The road tax was arranged for us the warranty explained and printed off all the details checked before we signed . Could not fault our experience at Ash Auto.

Ash Autos were absolutely first class throughout the process- I would give them 10 stars 🌟 if I could. They went through everything in fine detail- from starting the engine to the final paperwork, of my lovely dream car. The car was totally as described- amazing value. Ash Auto even had me picked up from the station as they were concerned that I would be tired from doing a night shift. They gave me 100 pounds off the agreed price and also upgraded my warranty.
